After a 2+ hour game delay last night, I got to see Tech whoop Vandy 8-4 at last night's super-regional qualifying game. Next week we play for 2/3 in the series against College of Charleston to fight for a spot in the College World Series in Omaha! We've had a good season, and I think we can go all the way!! I am behind you, Jackets! =)
Because I know everyone is on the edge of their seats, I'd just like to share that this weekend was another wedding-less weekend...something that doesn't happen nearly as much as the opposite lately. But I got to relax a bit, meet a few neighbors, get a hair cut, shop, dance, and I am sitting Reuben while the rest of the family hits the beach - certainly relaxing more than I am.

Did you happen to catch our drubbing of the Crimson Tide? We were beating them so bad Coach Fox put in a freshman reliever who gave up three runs in the 8th and we still won 11-5.
