people ask me sometimes why I run, or why I work out a lot.
Besides the given "it feels good" or "it's healthy", the real reason I work out is so I can eat lots and lots of candy.
I love sweets, so my options are
a) eat fewer sweets because they're not healthy
or
b) eat just as many sweets, but work them off
I totally choose b.
Now, where did I put my milkshake and chocolate bar?...

Amen to that! Now just imagine if you added swimming and biking to that... I could just live in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.
